Rates and Information
There is a three-night minimum, and long term rentals are available at a reduced rate. Rates include all utilities, furnishings, linens & towels, cable TV, trash and snow removal and parking. Summer House is strictly non-smoking. Pets are negotiable. We do not take credit cards.

Take Rt. 295 or 95 to Freeport exit 20. Go to Rt. 1 north towards Freeport village. Proceed 1 mile. At the fire station on the right, take a left onto Summer Street. Summer House is the first house on your left.
